This is in the city district of Palermo, up-market Buenos Aires. Barcelona for one-third the price. The chilled-out attitude has not yet been corrupted by the upscale boutiques that are flogging their designer nikes and gucci glasses. It´s strange to see the mix of breezy open streets with spots of very exclusive little shops and bars like this one.
